    Conocer los momentos históricos de la justicia constitucional del Ecuador, es llegar a desentrañar que hechos justificaron su creación, y el sentido de pertenencia que tenemos como ecuatorianos en poder entender estos procesos de cambios que ha atravesado el constitucionalismo ecuatoriano y de esta manera comprenderemos que respeto se les brindó a los derechos humanos, que imparcialidad existió en las decisiones de los órganos de control del poder frente a los derechos humanos y que podemos aportar en los momentos actuales en el país. De ahí que, surge la necesidad de escribir y explicar a la sociedad ecuatoriana sobre la gran importancia de conocer estos hechos históricos que han marcado una gran línea de cómo llegar a limitar al abuso del poder frente los derechos humanos, pero lo importante es que el lector una vez que comprenda estos momentos históricos se plantee incógnitas si el origen del control del poder proviene de un órgano político y si sus decisiones tendrán una decisión política o el actuar de estos órganos de control del poder ha actuado con imparcialidad en el momento que le ha tocado decidir sobre asuntos de interés nacional.

    To know the historical moments of the constitutional justice of Ecuador, is to come to unravel what facts justified its creation, and the sense of belonging that we have as Ecuadorians in being able to understand these processes of changes that has crossed Ecuadorian constitutionalism and in this way we will understand that respect They were given to human rights, that impartiality existed in the decisions of the organs of control of the power against the human rights and that we can contribute in the present moments in the country. Hence, the need to write and explain to Ecuadorian society about the great importance of knowing these historical facts that have marked a great line of how to get to limit the abuse of power against human rights, but the important thing is that the reader, once he/she understands these historical moments, questions whether the origin of control of power comes from a political body and whether his decisions will have a political decision or the acting of these power control bodies has acted impartially at the moment Has decided to decide on matters of national interest.
