  • The article focuses on research into delaying the aging process. It states studies of centenarians found most of them lived for over 100 years because they avoided most of the diseases that impact other people in their 70s and 80s. It comments on research examining the effect of the blood protein CDF11 on aging and other research that may refute this. It comments on research into current medications and supplements to determine their impact on the aging process.
