Resumen de El derecho humano a los alimentos en el concubinato, a la luz del derecho constitucional y convencional en México

  Este trabajo tuvo como propósito investigar y analizar el derecho humano a recibir alimentos por parte de la concubina o concubino, después de que se termina la relación del concubinato en México; también, en torno a esa misma figura, analizamos los derechos humanos de dignidad, libertad, no discriminación, igualdad, justicia pronta y expedita. Ambas cuestiones las analizamos a la luz del derecho comparado, tanto en el plano nacional a partir del estudio de algunas legislaciones de las entidades de la república, como en el plano internacional, tomando como base las legislaciones de algunos países, así como también algunos de los tratados internacionales que en materia de derechos humanos ha suscrito el Estado Mexicano.

  Concluyendo que, los referidos derechos se ven afectados en perjuicio de los demandantes, en particular, cuando los jueces de lo familiar se niegan a fijar la pensión alimenticia provisional desde el inicio del juicio.

  This work had the purpose of investigating and analyzing thehuman right to receive food by the concubine or concubine, after the relationship of the concubinage in Mexico ends; also, around that same figure, we analyze the human rights of dignity, freedom, non-discrimination, equality, prompt and expeditious justice. Both issues are analyzed in the light of comparative law, both at the national level from the study of some legislations of the entities of the republic, as well as at the international level, taking as a basis the legislations of some countries, as well as some of the international treaties on human rights subscribed by the Mexican State.

  Concluding that, the aforementioned rights are affected to the detriment of the plaintiffs, in particular, when the judges of the family refuse to fix the provisional alimony from the beginning of the trial.
