  • The article examines the factors that will contribute to the eradication of computer passwords. Topics discussed include the need for computer and Internet users to consider long, complex, and "unguessable" passwords and the ability of cyber criminals to hack into e-mail accounts and company servers. The high cost of acquiring iris scanners and the complexity of voice authentication are mentioned.
