El presente trabajo trata de dilucidar cómo, cuándo y en qué circunstancias se produjo la ocupación cristiana de Almansa, Alpera y Carcelén, juntamente con otras poblaciones situadas en el Norte del Reino Islámico de Murcia y el origen de su actual topónimo.

This paper tries to dilucidate how, when and under what circumstances the Christian occupation of Almansa, Alpera and Carcelen was carried, at the same time that other villages located in the North of the Islamic Kingdom of Murcia and the origin of its present toponym.
