  • The article presents the farewell remarks of the editor-in-chief. His passion for popular science journalism which allows audiences to feel as if they have personally shared in the experiences or discoveries being reported is described, giving the example of television news anchor Walter Cronkite's reporting of Apollo 11's landing on the moon on July 20, 1969.
