El presente estudio tiene como objetivo arrojar luz sobre la actualidad literaria de Guinea Ecuatorial. Pretendemos entender más y acercarnos a la cultura y literatura del único país hispanoparlante del continente africano. Durante nuestra lectura sobre la sociedad civil en Guinea Ecuatorial nos llamó la atención la situación de la mujer en dicho país, por lo cual decidimos dedicar nuestro trabajo a estudiar la condición femenina guineoecuatoriana reflejada en una de las novelas más representativas de este tema, Herencia de bindendee de Melibea Obono. Para ello, empleamos el método analítico, con el objetivo de demostrar la importancia de esta novela como un documento que retrata una actualidad social que proporciona al lector una imagen intensamente viva de las dolencias y los problemas que afectan a la mujer guineoecuatoriana.

The present study aims to shed light on the current literary of Equatorial Guinea. We intend to understand more and get closer to the culture and literature of the only Spanish-speaking country on the African continent. During our lecture on civil society in Equatorial Guinea we were struck by the situation of women in that country, so we decided to devote our work to studying the Guineo-Ecuadorian faith-girl status reflected in one of the most representative novels of this Theme:
Herencia de bindendee written by Meli-bea Obono. In order do this study we have used the analytical method, with the aim of demonstrating the importance of this novel as a document that portrays a social actality that provides the reader with an intensely vivid image of the ailments and problems that affect Guineo-Ecuadorian women.
