  • The article discusses the authors' views about the problems that are associated with systematic reviews for policymaking, and it mentions health policy decisionmaking in places such as Great Britain, as well as a concept known as the know-do gap involving scientists and evidence-based health care. The tension that is associated with building a knowledge base and informing action is examined, along with the World Health Organization and the Cochrane Collaboration nonprofit entity.
