  • An editorial is presented which addresses declining vaccination rates for human papillomavirus (HPV) in the U.S., and it mentions gender coverage equity and HPV-related cancer cases in America. An article about three-dose completion of HPV vaccination, which appears in the same issue of the journal, is examined. HPV infections in men are assessed, along with the claim that vaccine hesitancy can be overcome with empathy, honesty, and caring.
