  • An editorial is presented which addresses various marijuana-related initiatives and legislation in America as of 2018, and it mentions U.S. public health issues, public policies in American states, and the classification of marijuana as a Schedule I drug under the nation's Controlled Substances Act. An article about a normative regulatory framework for the retail sales of marijuana, which appears in the same issue of the journal, is examined.
