  • An editorial is presented which addresses progress in relation to the various challenges that are associated with sexual orientation and gender identity measurement during U.S. President Donald Trump's first term in office, and it mentions the political aspects of science. Data on LGBTQ populations is examined, along with America's National Survey of Older Americans Act Participants (NSOAAP) and the nation's 2020 Census and American Community Survey.
