    La OTAN y Estados Unidos han tomado recientemente decisiones orgánicas que afectan a la manera de contender con los nuevos desafíos, que vienen reemplazando a los prevalentes desde el fin de la Guerra Fría hasta ahora. Un aspecto emerge al analizar estas decisiones: el renacimiento de lo naval. Y una amenaza se perfila sin aparente respuesta: la guerra híbrida.

    NATO and the US have recently taken decisions in their military organisations which affect the way to contend with the new challenges, which are replacing the dominant ones since the end of the Cold War. One aspect emerges from this analysis: the rebirth of naval warfare. And a threat appears without an apparent response: hybrid warfare.
