    El concepto de Trinidad permite salir del pensamiento sustancialista y poder pensar la unidad como principio de lo múltiple. Antropológicamente, hay una serie de estructuras que dependen de esa unidad. El individuo es sólo un capítulo desde el que establecer el modelo de semejanza con Dios, en este caso por medio del amor, pero en el ámbito terrenal se da también la variedad de individuos. Otra parte ineludible, sin la cual la primera queda desvalida, de buscar el principio de la unidad divina en la multiplicidad de los hombres, es en el cuerpo de la comunidad, operando aquí otro concepto, el de caridad. La conjunción de ambos términos, el amor que siente el alma cuando conoce, y el amor que siente el individuo por el prójimo, se condensa en el concepto de piedad, lo cual revela finalmente la condición relativa de la configuración humana para llegar a la unidad.

    The concept of Trinity allows to leave behind the substantialist way of thinking and thus to conceive of unity as the principle of multiplicity. Anthropologically, there are a number of structures that depend on that unity. The indvidual is only one perspective from which to establish the model of likeness with God, in this case through love, but in the terrenal sphere there is also the variety of individuals. A complementary angle from where to seek the principle of divine unity in the multiplicity of men is the community, where another concept operates, namely that of charity. The conjunction of both terms, the love that the soul feels when it knows, and the love that the individual feels for his neighbor, is condensed in the concept of piety, which finally reveals the relative condition of the human configuration to attain unity.
