En este trabajo se presenta un caso de quilotórax en el perro en el que se detallan todas las actuaciones conducentes a la ejecución de un diagnóstico correcto y una resolución quirúrgica adecuada. A partir de este caso se hace una revisión de la significación clínica del quilo tórax y métodos alternativos de manejo del problema. * In the present work we show a case of chylotorax in the dog in which all the procedures to arrive to a correct diagnosis and adequate surgical resolution are shown. Starting with this case, we make a brief review of the clinical significance and alternative methods of dealing with this condition.
