En la mayoría de los ductus arteriosos persistentes existe un shunt de izquierda a derecha, sólo un pequeño número' . desarrolla un flujo de derecha a izquierda. En este trabajo intentamos ofrecer la pauta diagnóstica y el tratamiento en los diferentes casos. En un ductus arterioso persistente de flujo izquierda-derecha es posible un tratamiento quirúrgico y la recuperación, mientras que el ductus arterioso persistente derecha-izquierda nunca debe ser intervenido quirúrgicamente. En este artículo también realizamos una descripción técnica quirúrgica. * In most of patent ductus arteriosus there is a left to right shunt, but a little number develop to a right to left btood flow. In this paper we try to giue the folleto up for diagnosis and treatment in the different developments. In a left to right patent ductus arteriosus is possible a surgical and recovery treatment, meanwhile the right to left PDA must never be operatea. In this article we also make a surgical technique description.
