El artigo describe y analiza como el discurso sobre la igualdad ha sido construido en el Horario Gratuito de Propaganda Electoral (HGPE) televisivo de la candidata Dilma Rouseff (PT), en 2010, en el primer turno. Buscase investigar la narrativa televisiva electoral, en específi co, el modo como es establecida una relación directa entre el gobierno lulista y el surgimiento de la “nova clase media”. En este momento, gaña centralidad el examen de testigos y relatos biográfi - cos de benefi ciarios de la política de transferencia de renta y el encuadramiento que ha sido dado, en el HGPE, a la cuestión del trabajo. Por fi n, es analizado un biografema de Dilma Rouseff vehiculado en su HGPE, considerado ejemplar del modo como la candidata construye el discurso de la igualdad y de su opción por los pobres. Para tanto, se adoptó la técnica de análisis de discurso.
The article describes and analyzes how the discourse on equality has been constructed in the Free Schedule of Electoral Propaganda (HGPE) of the candidate Dilma Rouseff (PT), in 2010, in the fi rst turn. Seek to investigate the electoral television narrative, specifi - cally, the way in which a direct relationship between the Lula government and the emergence of the “new middle class” is established. At this moment, centrality is the examination of witnesses and biographical accounts of benefi ciaries of the income transfer policy and the framework that has been given, in the HGPE, to the question of work. Finally, a biographeme of Dilma Rouseff is analyzed in the HGPE, considered an example of how the candidate builds the discourse of equality and her choice for the poor. Therefore, the technique of discourse analysis was adopted.
