Resumen de Transparencia y ética judicial

Resumen: La transparencia es un tema central en el debate político-académico, y es uno de los rubros que deben atenderse prioritariamente en el ejercicio del poder. Bajo un marco teórico analítico, se define a la transparencia y se le ubica como un presupuesto político. Una vez que es situada la transparencia en el espectro político general, se concentra su estudio en la función jurisdiccional. En el ámbito jurisdiccional se propone que existe un vínculo dialéctico entre transparencia y ética. Finalmente se concluye con que es imposible discernir la función jurisdiccional de la ética, y que ésta se relaciona indisolublemente con la transparencia.

Abstract: Transparency is a central issue in the political and academic debate, and is one of the priority areas to be addressed in the exercise of power. Under an analytical framework, it defined the transparency and it is located as a political budget. Once it is in the general political spectrum to transparency, the study focuses on the judicial function. In the judicial field it is proposed that there is a dialectical link between transparency and ethics. Finally it is concluded that it is impossible to discern the judicial function of ethics, and that it is inextricably linked to transparency.
