Resumen de Cultura Política e Neoinstitucionalismo: Breves Reflexões

This article has to focus two approaches of Political Science of the XX century, the political culture and the neo-institutionalism, questioning how these fields were developed and what are the main reasons of their detachment, since these perspectives they deal with similar themes, but with different theories and methods. The proposition in this space is seek the convergences and better understand the differences, so as to better understand the communication networks between two worlds apparently so distinct in an analytical universe the relatively close.

O presente artigo tem como enfoque duas abordagens da Ciência Política no século XX, a cultura política e o neoinstitucionalismo, questionando como esses campos foram desenvolvidos e quais são as principais razões de seu distanciamento, uma vez que estas perspectivas tratam de temas semelhantes, mas com diferentes teorias e métodos. A proposição neste espaço é buscar as convergências e entender melhor as divergências, de modo a compreender melhor as redes de comunicação entre dois mundos aparentemente tão distintos em um universo analítico relativamente próximo.
