    El estudio que se despliega tiene como propósito general analizar los cambios tecnológicos en el sistema de gestión educativa de Instituciones de Formación para el Trabajo de la ciudad en Santa Marta, Colombia.; De igual forma se encuentra enmarcada en la línea de investigación matricial de investigación: Gerencia de la Ciencia y la Tecnología, bajo la línea temática: Cambios tecnológicos del Doctorado Ciencias Mención Gerencia de la Universidad Privada Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacín Maracaibo Venezuela. Basada desde la perspectiva del paradigma Postpositivista con un método fenomenológico, tomando en cuenta su naturaleza cualitativa de la investigación. La información se obtendrá mediante la observación participante y entrevistas semiestructuradas a seis (6) informantes claves, considerando los cargos de la Gerencia, Profesor o Facilitador y Estudiante, de manera que se tengan diferentes perspectivas sobre los cambios tecnológicos en el sistema de gestión de las instituciones de formación para el trabajo en Santa Marta, Colombia. La fiabilidad de dicha población es relativa, al igual se aplicara la técnica de análisis metodología cualitativa de la triangulación, al igual se empleara la ética como condición imperante. Para finalizar se evidencia la gestión como la administración de las tecnologías aplicadas a la educación, se encuentran estipuladas en las distintas reformas que se han hecho, con el propósito de fortalecer las competencias genéricas de los profesores y estudiantes en cuanto a los cambios y avances tecnológicos, ya que estos se han convertido en el medio pertinente para expresar, comunicar mensajes, obtener información, procesarla e interpretarla. Es así como, las tecnologías pasan a ser este nuevo sistema esencialmente necesario para valorarla información, la misma constituye un rompimiento radical con los sistemas anteriores, que por lógica tenían la sustitución de la fuerza humana por la energía artificial, así como de la materia natural por la materia transformada

    The general purpose of the study is to analyze the technological changes in the educational management system of Training Institutions for Work in the city of Santa Marta, Colombia; Likewise, it is framed in the line of research research matrix: Science and Technology Management, under the thematic line: Technological changes of the Doctorate Sciences Management Mention of the Private Dr. Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacín Maracaibo Venezuela. Based on the perspective of the Postpositivist paradigm with a phenomenological method, taking into account its qualitative nature of research. The information will be obtained through participant observation and semi-structured interviews with six (6) key informants, considering the positions of the Management, Professor or Facilitator and Student, so that different perspectives on the technological changes in the management system of the training institutions for work in Santa Marta, Colombia. The reliability of this population is relative, as well as the technique of qualitative methodology analysis of triangulation, as well as ethics as the prevailing condition. To conclude, management is evidenced as the administration of technologies applied to education, are stipulated in the various reforms that have been made, with the purpose of strengthening the generic competences of teachers and students in terms of changes and technological advances , since these have become the relevant means to express, communicate messages, obtain information, process it and interpret it. Thus, technologies become this new system essentially necessary to value information, it constitutes a radical break with previous systems, which logically had the replacement of human force by artificial energy, as well as natural matter by the transformed matter
