    El descubrimiento y posterior recuperación del contenido de las Tabulae Pompeianae Sulpiciorum significó un gran avance para el conocimiento de la práctica comercial y negocial que realmente se llevaba a cabo en la localidad de Puteoli considerada como una de las más importantes de principios del siglo I dC. en este ámbito. El interés suscitado por dichas tablas me ha llevado a realizar el análisis jurídico de tres de ellas, que estaban relacionadas entre sí y en las que aparece un denominador común, por cuanto en las mismas se gestionaban intereses propios de una mujer, Domitia Lepida. En el estudio realizado se destaca especialmente la condición y la capacidad de los sujetos que intervinieron en dichos negocios, a la vez que se contempla también el soporte documental de estas actividades y el análisis jurídico de su contenido.

    The discovery and subsequent recovery of the contents of the Tabulae Pompeianae Sulpiciorum meant a great advance for the knowledge of commercial and business practice that really took place in the town of Puteoli, considered one of the most important of the first century AD. in this ambit. The interest aroused by these tables has led me to carry out the legal analysis of three of them, related to each other whith a common denominator: they managed the interests of a woman, Domitia Lepida. In the study carried out, the condition and capacity of the subjects who took part in these businesses is especially highlighted, while the documentary support of these activities and the legal analysis of their content are also contemplated.
