Resumen de Evolved to exercise.

Herman Pontzer

  • The article examines research which has found that human anatomy and behavior has changed physiology over the two million year period of human evolution. It looks at how human physiology adapted to the physical activity required for hunting and gathering. Comparisons are made between humans and great apes noting that apes have low levels of physical activity yet have no adverse health effects.
