  • Resumen
    • In this article the authors discuss aspects of the liability issues that are preventing the development of a vaccine for influenza A (H1N1), as known as swine flu, and how that is leaving the U.S. unprepared for a pandemic. The authors offer their analysis of why their is a public mistrust of vaccines and how it is hampering efforts by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to provide enough flu vaccines to prevent a pandemic.
