    La presente investigación revisa con detenimiento, desde 2016 hasta nuestros días, la reinterpretación al principio de separación de poderes realizada por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, asumiendo ésta última, funciones gubernamentales exclusivas del Ejecutivo, empleando para ello, mecanismos clásicos de la jurisdicción constitucional. Esta forma de reinterpretación, ha generado actos de gobierno revestidos con las formalidades y consecuencias propias de la sentencia como acto jurisdiccional. A través de la iurisdictio, la Sala Constitucional nos introduce otra vez a la tantas veces criticada manifestación del Poder: el gobierno de los jueces.

    That investigation carefully reviews, from 2016 to the present day, the reinterpretation of the principle of separation of powers carried out by the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, assuming the latter, exclusive governmental functions of the Executive, using mechanisms classics of the constitutional jurisdiction. This form of reinterpretation, has generated acts of government covered with the formalities and consequences of the sentence as a jurisdictional act. Through the iurisdictio, the Constitutional Chamber introduces us again to the so often criticized manifestation of Power: the government of the judges.
