    El artículo intenta presentar los principales filósofos novohispanos que se dedicaron a la lógica.

    Se han seguido los tres siglos de la colonia y se han entresacado los más importantes. Alonso de la Vera Cruz y Tomás de Mercado han sido los más interesantes. Ambos concernidos con los grandes problemas de la colonización.

    In this article is intended the exposition of the main novo–hispanic philosophers dedicated to Logic. The three centuries of the colony have beeen followed and we tried to signal the most imporntant thinkers. Alonso de la Vera Cruz and Tomás de Mercado have been of the main interest, because they were concerned with the great problems of colonization of México.
