    Este pequeño artículo tan solo pretende dar a conocer un cartón para tapiz realizado por Antonio González Ruiz entre 1756 y 1779, así como contextualizarlo dentro de la producción de dicho artista y la pintura española del siglo xviii, en especial la que, destinada a la Real Fábrica de Tapices, se inspira en las escenas de género de David Teniers II, pintor flamenco del siglo anterior.

    This short article simply aims to make known a tapestry cartoon made by Antonio González Ruiz between 1756 and 1779, and to contextualize it within the production by this artist and also within 18th C. Spanish painting, in particular the cartoons produced for the Royal Tapestry Factory and inspired by the genre scenes of the 17th century Flemish painter David Teniers II.
