    Se fundamenta teóricamente la necesidad de la preparación, en Historia y su didáctica, de los profesores de Historia en formación inicial y permanente, para ello se introducen los resultados científicos del proyecto CLIODIDÁCTICA: la enseñanza de la Historia en la escuela. Se argumenta la relación entre la formación inicial y permanente de los profesionales de la educación con la investigación y la superación. Se exponen los logros alcanzados durante la introducción de los resultados en la carrera Licenciatura en Educación, Marxismo e Historia de la Universidad de Las Tunas.

    A theoretical foundation was carried out to substantiate the need for the preparation of History teachers in initial and permanent formation in History and its didactics. For that purpose, there are introduced the scientific results of the project CLIODIDÁCTICA: the teaching of History in the school. The relation between the initial and permanent training of teachers and research and upgrading is argued. The achievements reached during the introduction of the scientific results in the Bachelor of Education, Marxism and History degree at the University of Las Tunas are exposed.
