Resumen de Relaciones entre los poderes ejecutivo y judicial: el caso del derecho administrativo

  Este artículo muestra como han sido las relaciones entre los poderes ejecutivo y judicial. Para ello se utiliza el ejemplo de Francia, México y Colombia. Se analiza como en los dos primeros países el enfrentamiento entre las mencionadas ramas ocasionó la creación un juez especial para encausar el gobierno. Este juez se llama el Consejo de Estado. En nuestro país su creación se produjo por el legislador, pero sin lugar a dudas este órgano se puede considerar como el mejor aliado del Ejecutivo.

  This article shows the relations between the executive and judicial branches. For that is using the example of France, Mexico and Colombia. This analysis shows how in the two first countries the confrontation between the branches is the reason for the creation of the special judge knowledge as Council of State. In Colombia this judge was created by the legislative power, but it always had been the partner of the government, because it helps in many situations the acts of the executive branch.
