Este trabajo plantea las bases para un programa de inclusión de personas desmovilizadas o en proceso de reintegración a las empresas del Eje Cafetero.
Se utilizaron tres tipos de entrevistas semiestructuradas realizadas a personas desmovilizadas y reintegradas a la sociedad, a algunos empresarios y a la Agencia Colombiana de Reintegración, para valorar el papel de los proceso administrativos y organizacionales y los cambios internos que son necesarios para cumplir adecuadamente con el programa de reinserción.
This text plants the bases that have to be taken into consideration to generate a program that will include demobilized people or in the process of reintegration to certain companies of the Cafetero Region, without falling into altruism and fighting especially for building peace in Colombia in front of the coresponsibility of companies facing the armed conflict and its consequences, trying to end the unfounded fear of demobilized people. Three types of semistructured interviews were used with people demobilized and reintegrated into society, some business owners and the Colombian Agency for Reintegration were used, allowing to make nuances with the information provided and identify the performance of the company against the current demand of demobilized and finally identify the adjustments that companies should have to link successfully demobilized people.
