Resumen de Fotocoagulación focal en la retinopatía diabética simple (estudio comparativo entre el Laser de Argón azul-verde, DYE amarillo y DYE naranja)

  Estudiamos la eficacia de las distintas longitudes de onda de láser en el tratamiento del edema macular de la retinopatía diabética simple. Para ello se valora la evolución de la agudeza visual y del fondo de ojo a los 6 meses del tratamiento en 74 ojos de 54 pacientes tratados con láser de Argón azul-verde, en 46 ojos de 34 pacientes tratados con láser de Argón verde, en 20 ojos de 19 pacientes tratados con láser Dye amarillo y en 20 ojos de 17 pacientes con láser Dye naranja. Los resultados se compararon con los obtenidos en un grupo control de similares características.

  Todos los ojos tratados presentaron una mejor evolución que los del grupo control de forma estadisticamente significativa (p≤0,001), siendo los mejores resultados los obtenidos en el grupo tratado con láser Dye amarillo, tanto a los 3 como a los 6 meses. La eficacia en la reabsorción de la exudación fue similar para los tres tipos de láser.

  We study the efficacity of the different longitudes of the wave of laser in the treatment of the macular edema of the simplex diabetic retinopathy. We evaluate the evolution of the visual acuity and the eye fundus after 6 months of treatment in 74 eyes of 54 patients treated with blue-green Argon Laser, in 46 eyes of 34 patients treated with green Argon Laser, in 20 eyes of 19 patients treated with yellow Oye Laser and in 20 eyes of 17 patients with orange Oye Laser. The results were compare with the ones obtain in a control group of similar characteristics.

  AII the treated eyes shown a better evolution that the ones of the control group statistically significative (p s ) being the group treated with yellow Dye Laser the ones that have better results, after 3 months, as after 6 months later.

  The efficacity in the reabsorbition of the exudates were similar for the three types of Laser.
