  • The article examines how continued excuses for the nuclear aggression of some countries, such as Iran, make the world an unsafe place. An overview of a meeting hosted by the “Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists” on January 13-14, 2010 is presented. The author discusses why he feels that ridding the world of nuclear weapons is the most important issue regarding the long- and short-term health and security of humanity.
