The authors reflect on health disparities that are seen among African American boys and men. They suggest that research evidence shows that people of color suffer disproportionately from a number of health and social conditions when compared to their white counterparts. They argue that solution-focused research must be conducted to find ways to eliminate health disparities among men and boys of color in the U.S.
