  • The article discusses an excerpt of an article by C. E. A. Winslow which is published within the issue and is concerned with the work on public health in the U.S. which was conducted between 1920 and 1935 by the American Public Health Association's Committee on Administrative Practice. In the article the authors offer their opinions on the committee and on the impact that it has had on public health improvement efforts in the U.S. in 2011.
