In this article the author discusses rising food prices. He argues that economists have created the impression that there is no ready solution to the world food crisis by making a fuss over how complicated the crisis is, which gives the appearance that it is an intractable problem. He suggests that reducing world hunger is possible through the reduction of biofuel production and discusses the impact of biofuel production on food prices.
