    En este artículo destacamos la importante labor desarrollada por la junta directiva del Athletic Club que, bajo la presidencia de don Luis Casajuana Curiel, tuvo una gran visión de futuro poniendo, cuando le fue posible, en marcha la gran e incierta empresa de hacer resurgir al equipo rojiblanco de las cenizas. Gracias a su empeño y a su esfuerzo el ‘Ave Fénix’ comenzó poco a poco a mover sus alas todavía inseguras, hasta que llegó a surcar el cielo con una solemne majestuosidad.

    In this article we highlight the important work carried out by the Athletic Club board of directors, which, under the presidency of Mr. Luis Casajuana Curiel, had great forward-looking decisions, putting, when it was possible, the great and uncertain enterprise of resurging the Atletico team from the ashes. Thanks to his effort and tenacity the 'Phoenix Bird' began little by little to move its wings still insecure, until it came to sail the sky with a solemn majesty.
