Un camino con baches. La negatividad en la obra de Laclau

    En la obra de Laclau hay tres figuras de la negatividad diferentes, pero esto no fue así desde el principio, esto fue el resultado de un largo proceso de reflexión teórica atravesado por críticas y revisiones. La primera figura es el “antagonismo” en Hegemonía y estrategia socialista. Luego de algunas críticas Laclau desarrolla una segunda figura de la negatividad, la de “dislocación” en Nuevas reflexiones sobre la revolución de nuestro tiempo. Más tarde, en La razón populista, aparece la noción de “heterogeneidad”. Este derrotero se ha nutrido del Abgrund de Heidegger, de lo real en Lacan, lo heterogéneo en Bataille, la indecidibilidad y el exterior constitutivo de Derrida, entre otros. Y también ha entrado en diálogo con contemporáneos como Agamben, Badiou, Butler, Rancière, Mouffe y Zizek. La propuesta de este trabajo será seguir esta ruta teórica, los alcances de las tres nociones que señalamos y sus entrecruzamientos.

    There are three different figures of negativity in Laclau’s work, but it wasn’t like this from the beginning. Conversely, this was the result of a long process of theoretical reflection through critiques and revisions. The first figure is “antagonism” in Hegemony and Socialist Strategy. After some criticism, Laclau develops the notion of “dislocation” in New Reflections on the Revolution of Our Time. Later, in On Populist Reason, the notion of “heterogeneity” appears. This course has nourished from Heidegger’s Abgrund, Lacan´s real, Bataille’s heterology, Derrida’s undecidability y constitutive outside, among others. It also has dialogued with contemporaries as Agamben, Badiou, Butler, Rancière, Mouffe and Zizek. This writing’s proposal will be to follow this theorical route, the scope of the mentioned three notions and its intertwining.
