Il contributo propone due integrazioni all'Index locorum quibus non indicato libro aut Sabinus aut Sabiniani laudantur, che correda la palingenesi leneliana delle opere di Sabino. La pur pregevole ricostruzione contenuta nella Palingenesia iuris civilis omette per errore di richiamare le testimonianze di Ulp 17 ad. Sab. FV.87 e di Ulp. 28 ad Sab. D. 18.2.13 Incorre in queste omissioni anche la palingenesi delle opere di Sabino proposta da Franz Peter Bremer.

The paper proposes two additions to the "Index locorum quibus non indicato libro aut Sabinus aut Sabiniani laudantur", which accompanies Lenel's palingenesis of the works of Sabinus. The however fine reconstruction contained in the "Palingenesia iuris civilis" omits to recall the following fragments: Ulp 17 ad. Sab. FV.87 and Ulp. 28 ad Sab. D. 18.2.13 The palingenesis of the works of Sabinus submitted by Franz Peter Bremer also incurs in the same omissions.
