The article discusses the creation of a cosmic ray telescope which can detect cosmic-ray oscillations that can be used to reconstruct the trajectories of high-energy particles back millions of light-years into space to pinpoint their source. The limitations of Earth-based cosmic-ray telescopes and the Japanese Environmental Module's Extreme Universe Space Observatory (JEM-EUSO) on the International Space Stations (ISS) are discussed.
