  • The article presents several proclamations that the author feels should be included in a cell phone user's bill of rights. The author lists six articles in his Cellular Bill of Rights for the promotion of less outages and a more secure cell phone service, including an end to cell phone subsidies, the elimination of voice mail instructions, and a reduction in the cost of text messaging.
