Resumen de Rise of the nano machines.
The article discusses the development of the next generation of atomic-scale devices. The author envisions a future where the assembly of digital processors and memory, energy generators, and other devices are on a scale that can not be seen by the human eye and manufactured products will not only contain nanotechnology, but will be nanotechnology. Several nanoscale technologies are discussed including nanoelectronic tissue scaffolding, spintronic memory and logic devices, and photonic integrated circuits that use light to carry information.
