Futsal and football are the most practiced sports among children and adolescents, seeking to develop and improve physical abilities and motor skills. The present study aims to compare the psychomotor level between schooling with a group of Futsal practitioners and a group of a social project. Methodology: This is a cross-sectional, quantitative, descriptive study. The sample consisted of 65 male children, 26 of a futsal school and 39 of a social project. Oliveira's psychomotor battery was used, which evaluated motor coordination, body schema, laterality and spatio-temporal structuring. As a result, it was verified that the futsal practitioner group was superior in most of the motor aspects of motor coordination, laterality and temporal structuration, when compared between schooling in the laterality component, 2nd and 3rd year futsal excelled those of AABB. For body layout, the 2nd and 3rd year the AABB group were better and the 4th and 5th the futsal group. For coordination, the 2nd, 4th and 5th years of Futsal were better. For the spatial structuring, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th year the AABB group were better compared to the Futsal. And for the temporal structuring, 2 ° 3 ° and 5 ° futsal was better. It is concluded that the group of futsal practitioners were better than the members of the AABB social project in most of the components.
O futsal e o futebol são as modalidades mais praticados entre as crianças e adolescentes, buscando desenvolver e aprimorar capacidades físicas e habilidades motoras. O presente estudo tem como o objetivo comparar o nível psicomotor entre escolaridade com um grupo praticantes de Futsal e um grupo de um projeto social. Metodologia: É um estudo de caráter transversal, quantitativo de cunho descritivo. A amostra foi composta por 65 crianças do sexo masculino, sendo 26 de uma escola de futsal e 39 de um projeto social, foi utilizada a bateria psicomotora de Oliveira, o qual avaliou coordenação motora, esquema corporal, lateralidade e estruturação espaço-temporal. Como resultado foi constatado que o grupo praticante de futsal foi superior na maioria dos quesitos motores de coordenação motora, lateralidade e estruturação temporal, quando comparados entre a escolaridade no componente lateralidade, o 2° 3° e 4° ano do futsal sobressaiu aos da AABB. Para esquema corporal, o 2° e 3°ano o grupo da AABB foram melhores e o 4º e 5º o grupo do futsal. Para a coordenação o 2°, 4° e 5° ano do Futsal foram melhores. Para a estruturação espacial, o 2°, 3°e 4°ano o grupo da AABB foram melhores comparados ao Futsal. E para a estruturação temporal, o 2° 3° e 5° o futsal foi melhor. Conclui-se que o grupo de praticantes de futsal foram melhores do que os integrantes do projeto social da AABB na maioria dos componentes.
