Una mirada desde la complejidad de una niña, el aporte psicomotriz en la interdisciplinariedad. Un caso clínico: “Agustina”

    En esta exposición se presentará el trabajo realizado con AGUSTINA (se llamará de este modo a la niña para preservar su identidad), una niña con Síndrome de Prader Willi, donde la mirada clínica psicomotriz, entendiendo al otro desde la globalidad, colaboró dentro de un equipo interdisciplinario, en definir su diagnóstico; este es el punto de partida para precisar y establecer su tratamiento. Dicho proceso fue llevado a cabo en el ámbito de la salud pública municipal, con las características institucionales particulares que atraviesan este ámbito, en este caso, a la intervención psicomotriz.

    Se describirá cómo la niña llegó a la consulta psicomotriz como así también el proceso de evaluación. De esta manera, juntamente con el trabajo del neurólogo, la mirada disciplinar específica permitió corroborar y confirmar su diagnóstico, a partir del cual se planteó un plan de tratamiento interdisciplinario, pensándolo desde su singularidad y entendiéndola a Agustina desde la globalidad de la mirada psicomotriz y amparándonos en los aportes teóricos que nos permitan entender y dar respuesta a lo que se observa en su desarrollo.

    Para ello se describirá el proceso y los datos recabados en el proceso de diagnóstico psicomotor, tomando como modelo el protocolo para el Diagnóstico Psicomotor, que plantea la Asociación MUOVE (Asociación para la Asistencia, Educación, Formación e Investigación en desarrollo humano y psicomotricidad).

    Posteriormente, se relatará el proceso que Agustina y su familia continuaron una vez definido su diagnóstico de base, alcanzado por el equipo interdisciplinario. Creemos que la Interdisciplinariedad es fundamental para el abordaje de un niño.

    Consideramos que, desde esa óptica, el diálogo interdisciplinario no es una herramienta más, sino un desafío imprescindible, que no une, sino que reune disciplinas, implica pluralidad, sin por ello caer en la unificación, puesto que se debe mantener la identidad y la especificidad de cada una de ellas.

    In this exhibition we will present the work done with AGUSTINA (the girl will be called in this way to preserve her identity), a girl with Prader Willi Syndrome, where the psychomotor clinical look, understanding the other from the global, collaborated within a interdisciplinary team, in defining its diagnosis; This is the starting point to specify and establish your treatment. This process was carried out in the field of municipal public health, with the particular institutional characteristics that cross this area, in this case, psychomotor intervention.

    It will be described how the girl arrived at the psychomotor consultation as well as the evaluation process. In this way, together with the work of the neurologist, the specific disciplinary view allowed to corroborate and confirm their diagnosis, from which an interdisciplinary treatment plan was proposed, thinking it from its singularity and understanding it to Agustina from the globality of the psychomotor gaze and relying on the theoretical contributions that allow us to understand and respond to what is observed in its development.

    For this, the process and the data collected in the process of psychomotor diagnosis will be described, taking as a model the protocol for Psychomotor Diagnostics, which is proposed by the MUOVE Association (Association for Assistance, Education, Training and Research in Human Development and Psychomotricity).

    Afterwards, the process that Agustina and her family continued once their basic diagnosis has been defined, reached by the interdisciplinary team, will be related.

    We believe that Interdisciplinarity is fundamental for the approach of a child. We consider that from this point of view, interdisciplinary dialogue is not just another tool, but an essential challenge, which does not unite but re-unites disciplines, implies plurality, without falling into unification, since identity and specificity of each of them.
