Resumen de Empleo y contratación en España: diferencias de género

  El objetivo de esta investigación consiste en determinar, a partir del estudio teórico, algunas tipologías contractuales del mercado español, definiendo los cuatro tipos de contratos que en el marco jurídico y económico destacan por presentar peores condiciones de empleo. A raíz de ello, se aborda un análisis detallado de los contratos indefinidos de apoyo a emprendedores, en prácticas, para la formación y a tiempo parcial, a la vez que se estudia la evolución que experimentan tras la reforma laboral de 2012, apuntando distinciones en función del sexo. En base a ello, ha sido posible valorar el impacto y las consecuencias que este hecho produce en el mercado laboral y en el ámbito económico - social de España

  The objective of this research is to determine, from the theoretical study, some contractual typologies of the Spanish market, defining the four types of contracts that in the legal and economic framework stand out as having worse employment conditions. As a result of this, a detailed analysis of the indefinite contracts of support to entrepreneurs, in practices, for training and part-time, while studying the evolution they experience after the labor reform of 2012, addressing distinctions based on of sex based on this, it has been possible to assess the impact and consequences that this has produced in the labor market and in the economic - social sphere of Spain
