    En este escrito se presenta el proceso de etnografía digital llevado a cabo en la fase 1 del proyecto “Enrolla2. Percepciones de seguridad y actitudes de riesgo en “millennials” vinculadas al uso de app informáticas afectivo-sexuales” dentro de un marco metodológico gobernado por los métodos mixtos. Así pues, el fin de este escrito es dar a conocer técnicas metodológicas que resultaron eficaces en este contexto para facilitar futuras estadías en campos similares; allanando el camino a próximos investigadores y exponiendo las problemáticas y limitaciones tanto fácticas como éticas que nos encontramos en este campo específico.

    This paper presents the process of undertaking digital ethnography carried out in phase 1 of the project titled "Enrolla2:Perceptions of security and risk attitudes in "millennials"which examinedthe use of online datingapplications" using a mixed-methodsframework based on digital ethnography, open-ended interviews and surveys. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to present themethodological techniques that we foundeffective in this context to facilitate similar studiesin the future thus paving the way for otherresearchers. In doing so, weexposethe problemswe encountered along with theethical limitations that we find in this specific field.
