    • This project proposed by teams from different universities located in distinct regions with very different social achievements enhancement is to meet the health demands of WHO, PAHO and the Ministry of Health, which have diagnosed that health training for interprofessionality are powerful strategies because they play a significant role in the face of the challenges and difficulties that the health systems of Brazil and also of several other countries. Objective: Explore the elements of interprofessional education in the process of training health professionals. Methods: It is a documentary research based on the pedagogical projects of two universities, located in different regions of Brazil. For the better appropriation, interpretation and analysis of the interrelations that contemplate the object of study, the dialectical method was used for guide all actions and interpretations. Thus, the categories historicity, contradiction and totality will be used mainly to understand this movement that the health worker performs in his "professional doing"; construction and reconstruction of knowledge that illuminates their professional practice. Results: Both reality shows that interprofessional education needs to be strengthened, given the strong tradition of uniprofessional training. There are some powerful initiatives, but they still need to be systematized from the theoretical, conceptual and methodological frameworks of interprofessional education. However, it is intended to request an extension to investigate the work processes of the health network professionals to build more evidence.
