El trabajo se centra en el estudio de la historieta mexicana. Dada la relevancia social de este objeto cultural y considerando los escasos estudios sobre el tema, el autor aborda la historieta popular mexicana producida en los años noventa desde el concepto de significaciones imaginarias. El autor subraya la relevancia de estudiar de forma sistemática los objetos de la vida cotidiana sin que se de por sentada una supuesta simplicidad.

This work addresses the study of Mexican comics. Given the social relevance of this cultural object and considering the few studies on the subject, the author approaches popular Mexican comics produced during the nineties from the concept of imaginary significations. The author stresses the importance of systematically studying the objects of everyday life without assuming a supposed simplicity.
