    Este artículo es una versión condensada qu ofrece los resultados finales del proyecto de investigación en el marco del Doctorado Interinstitucional en Ciencias Sociales de la UAA-UAM/Iztapalapa. El trabajo se ubica en el relativamente reciente campo de estudio de los Sistemas Nacionales de Innovación (SNI), del que los sistemas regionales (SRI) constituyen una derivación lógica aunque, hasta ahora, insuficientemente trabajada por los especialistas.

    This article is a condensed version that offers the final results of the research project within the framework of the Inter-institutional Doctorate in Social Sciences of the UAA-UAM / Iztapalapa. The work is located in the relatively recent field of study of the National Systems of Innovation (SNI), of which the regional systems (SRI) constitute a logical derivation although, until now, insufficiently worked by the specialists.
