En base a sentencia dictada por el Tribunal Supremo en Julio de 2018, la cual obligaba a una empresa a entregar a sus trabajadores la Cesta de Navidad que no entregó en el año 2016, vamos a ver las diferencias entre los conceptos de mera liberalidad, derecho adquirido y condición más beneficiosa.

On the basis of judgment dictated by the Supreme Court in July, 2018, which was forcing to a company to deliver its workers the Basket of Christmas that did not deliver in the year 2016, we are going to see the differences between the concepts of mere liberality, acquired right and the most beneficial condition.
