    Gérard Nicoud's movement was born in December 1968, of an anti-tax revolt. It is characterized by the fight against tax inquisition and mistrust of the political System. The movement won several victories including the creation of the Tax Council, the charter of the inspected taxpayer, the chartered management centers, and the abolition of the patent.
