    A woman presents a prescription for booster vaccinations for her 16-month-old son. This prescription includes a combined vaccine for diphtheria, Haemophilus influenza type b, pertussis, polio, tetanus and hepatitis B, as well another combined vaccine for measles, mumps and rubella, along with an antipyretic and patches containing a mix of lidocain and prilocain.
