El auto en materia de responsabilidad civil dictado por la Audiencia en ejecución de la sentencia que condena penalmente al capitán del Prestige es la forma de dar contenido a las indemnizaciones en favor de los perjudicados por los vertidos del buque, al no disponer el TS de los elementos suficientes para concretarlas en sentencia, estableciendo las bases necesarias para que el auto se ajuste a los parámetros marcados en aquélla resolución.
